Joanne Johnson has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. In these roles, they were involved in preparing bids for EU funds, managing projects, and leading a pan-European partnership researching military-civilian transition.

Joanne's early work experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Working Links in 2001.

Joanne Johnson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of Oxford between 1997 and 2001. Joanne then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management from the University of Greenwich between 2010 and 2011.
