Brad Wilhelm

Brad Wilhelm has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Brad is currently working as a Sr Telecom Engineer at Swampfox Technologies, where they started in 2019. Prior to that, Brad worked at Charter Communications from 2012 to 2019 as a Sr. Voice Engineer, supporting telephony initiatives across the company. Brad also worked at Brighthouse Networks (Central FL) as a Staff Telecom Engineer I from 2009 to 2012. Brad's earliest work experience was at the Disney Reservation Center, where they held various roles including Telecommunications Systems Manager from 2002 to 2009, Reservation Sales Manager from 2001 to 2002, and Operations Manager from 1995 to 2001. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated skills in call routing, programming, call center support, and project management. Brad has also shown leadership abilities and a focus on enhancing customer contact interactions.

Brad Wilhelm completed their education from 2006 to 2010 at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
