Mike Williamson

Mike Williamson has a strong background in product development and management. Mike is currently serving as the VP of Product Development at Swampfox Technologies since March 2022. Before that, they held the same position at Softdocs from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Mike worked at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina for many years, starting as a System Solution Designer in October 2015 and later becoming an Application Development Manager from June 2007 to June 2019. Mike has extensive experience in managing teams, collaborating with senior management, coaching and mentoring software engineers, developing system specifications, and ensuring successful implementation of projects. Earlier in their career, Mike served as the VP of Product Development at MedVantx, Inc. from an unspecified date to 2007. Mike was responsible for product strategy, engineering team management, designing and developing the medication supply chain system, and managing a budget of over $12 million. Mike also worked as a Manager of Software Development at HealthMagic from 1996 to 2000, and as an Application Development Manager at Pyxis Corporation from 1991 to 1995.

Mike Williamson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Purdue University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Developing Executive Presence," "Managing a Cross-Functional Team," and "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" from LinkedIn in February 2022.
