Rodney Reed

Rodney Reed has extensive work experience in the technology field. Rodney began their career in 1996 in the US Army as a Network Switching System Team Chief/Operator, where they supervised a team and maintained a Mobile Extension Digital Switching system. In 2000, they joined the South Carolina National Guard as a Mobile Subscriber Line of Sight Radio System Operator, responsible for installing, operating, and troubleshooting communication systems.

In 2008, Rodney transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Software Quality Assurance professional at General Information Services until 2012. Rodney then joined Unum as a System Support Analyst, where they monitored and maintained operating systems and provided support for various tools and applications. Rodney stayed with Unum until 2018.

From 2019 to 2020, Rodney worked at FivePoint Payments as a System Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing software and hardware infrastructure improvements, as well as configuring and optimizing network servers and databases.

Most recently, Rodney joined Swampfox Technologies in 2022 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Further details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Rodney Reed's education history includes attending ECPI College of Technology from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Networking and Security Management.
