German G. has extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. German started as an AutoCAD designer at ASEA BROWN BOVERI and then moved to Apollo Technologies as a Design and Project Engineer. After that, they joined The Linde Group, where they worked in various roles such as Design Engineer, Installation and Commissioning Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Development Engineer, and Business Development Engineer. German was responsible for customer relations, corporate relations, and account management. German developed and implemented engineering process improvements, commissioned new plants, conducted safety and operating plant audits, and provided global product commercialization strategies. Later, they worked at Emerson as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for Application engineering sales, direct interface, technical presentations, account management, and project management. In their recent role, German worked as a Sales Consultant at LPT Medical, where they managed Nationwide medical equipment sales to institutions, B2B account management and CRM management until June 2021. German is currently pursuing a Direct Sales role at Swan Analytical USA.

German G. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Kean University in 1995. In 2002, they completed an Executive Masters in Technology Management at Stevens Institute of Technology. German also completed a Project Management certification program at Raritan Valley Community College in 2009. In 2020, they earned another Project Management certification from Florida Atlantic University.
