Brian Fontana

Brian Fontana has had an extensive career in finance and leadership roles. Brian most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Swan Energy, Inc. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, Brian worked at International Cruise & Excursions as the Global Chief Financial Officer and later as CEO, President, and Global Chief Financial Officer from July 2019 to July 2020. Brian also served as the Chief Financial Officer at KW International from July 2018 to July 2019. Before that, Brian held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AFGlobal Corporation from January 2011 to January 2017. Brian'searlier experience includes being the Chief Financial Officer at INX Inc. from January 2005 to October 2010. Throughout their career, Brian has had significant involvement in global finance, accounting, acquisition integration, strategy, and product development.

Brian Fontana attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
