Tom E.

Tom E. started working at KPMG in 1982 as a Senior Manager providing audit and business advisory services to various industries. Tom moved on to become the Controller and Corporate Officer of US Operations at CEMEX for twenty years managing over 200+ accountants and professionals. After that, they joined AFGlobal Corporation as the Chief Accounting Officer leading a global team of 35+ professionals for accounting, tax, internal control and reporting. Then, they became the Corporate Controller at Rubicon Oilfield International for a short period where they led a global team of 25+ professionals responsible for external reporting, accounting, back-office, internal control, and reporting. In 2020, they were appointed as VP & CFO at Boomerang Tube, LLC, where they were responsible for finance, planning, treasury management, accounting, tax, and IT. In 2021, they moved on to join Vero Sade as CFO until 2023. Currently, they are the VP Controller at Swan Energy, Inc.

Tom E. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Tom also completed the International Management Program at IPADE Business School. In addition, they hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, which they obtained in 1984.
