Jennifer Dielmann-Garcia (She/Her)

Jennifer Dielmann-Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently the Principal at their own company, JDGarcia & Associates, LLC, which they started in 2015. Jennifer also serves as the Administrative Director at SWAN Impact Network since February 2022. In 2019, they worked as the Executive Coordinator at FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING CONSULTANTS ALLIANCE - FINACA.

Jennifer has extensive experience in administrative roles, having worked as the Chapter Executive for the Turnaround Management Association - Central Texas Chapter from April 2013 to February 2022, and as the Austin Chapter Administrative Executive for Financial Executives International (FEI) from February 2013 to February 2022.

Additionally, they have worked in event production, holding positions such as Event Producer at Impact Austin from October 2019 to February 2020, and at The New West Company from April 2016 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as an Executive Administrator at Rice Alliance-Austin from September 2013 to April 2019.

Jennifer also gained experience as a Buyer at Weight Watchers from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Proofreader and Book Castoff Specialist at G&S Typesetters (now Newgen North America, Inc.) from November 1999 to November 2002. In this role, they were responsible for quality control and the production process for typesetting books.

Jennifer Dielmann-Garcia obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later on, in 2012, they attended Portland State University to pursue a certificate in Management of Human Resources, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.
