A proficient leader with a solid background in tendering, estimation, proposals, procurement, and contracts, Dilip has also held positions at Swaan LNG Pvt Ltd, Chemie-Tech, Adani Group, and Essar Projects Limited. Dilip obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Visveswaraya College of Engineering in 2008, following a foundational education at Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya, Bidar.

It comprises of the development of LNG Port facilities utilizing a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (“FSRU”) for LNG receipt, storage, regasification, and send-out, with a regasification capacity of 5 MMTPA of LNG, off the Jafrabad coast in Amreli district in Gujarat.
