Nicholas Denice

Nicholas Denice, Esq., CPA, is a Corporate and M&A Attorney at Hinckley Allen since 2018, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Business Law, Tax, and Healthcare. In addition to legal practice, Nicholas serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors for the Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island, which supports charitable, religious, and educational institutions, and as Director and Board Treasurer at WSBE Rhode Island PBS. Other notable positions include serving as a Director at Swan Point Cemetery and as a member of the Board of Directors for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where leadership roles included Vice Chair of the Audit Committee. Prior legal experience includes positions at Duffy & Sweeney, LTD, Bogue, Moylan + Marino, LLP, and significant contributions on the West Warwick Pension Board.
