Meghna Joshi is a purpose-driven social entrepreneur and sustainability enthusiast with over a decade of cross-sectoral experience spanning corporate, development, and startup ecosystems. She is also the founder of SWAN (Skilled Workforce Advancing Nation) Livelihood, a Delhi-based social enterprise that empowers underserved communities through tailored training programs and workshops, enabling sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Holding an honors degree in Business Economics and a post graduation in Environment and Development, she combines her academic rigour with hands-on expertise. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she integrates systems thinking with grassroots impact, focusing on women empowerment, skill development, and inclusive economic growth.

She actively mentor budding change-makers through National and Global Platforms and as an OMLAS Fellow 2025, she has been a driving force in the realm of transformative & regenerative leadership.
