Sufiyan Sarang

Sufiyan Sarang is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Specialist at Swan Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd since April 2023, Sufiyan previously held the position of Senior Analyst at Capgemini from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Sufiyan worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Colgate-Palmolive from June 2021 to March 2022 and gained experience as an Executive in the ETPL Department at ITM Group of Institutions from January 2020 to June 2021. Sufiyan holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sree Narayana Guru College of Commerce, completed in 2019, and has a background in commerce with a higher secondary certificate from Sree Narayana Guru College of Commerce, acquired in 2016. Early education was completed at General Education Academy, culminating in a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2014.
