Ivor Gaylard has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Ivor began their career in 1990 as a Computer Programmer for Memory Computers. In 1991, they took on the role of Farm Manager and Financial Manager for the Agricultural Research Trust. From 1998 to 2003, they worked as General Manager (Tea, coffee) for Eastern Highlands Plantations and then as Operations Director for Matanuska. From 2005 to 2010, they were General Manager / Agronomist for Carnarvon Growers Association and then CEO for Gascoyne Water Cooperative. In 2012, they took on the role of Agricultural Consultant for AFS Agriculture and in 2016, they became the COO & Founding Director of SWAN Systems - Scheduling Water & Nutrients, a cloud-based, cost-effective management tool for the optimal scheduling of water and nutrients.
Ivor Gaylard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zimbabwe between 1988 and 1990.
