Josh Dowell

Josh Dowell has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Legislative Intern role at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2016. Josh then worked as an Office Assistant at The Maddy Institute in 2016, followed by an Account Executive role at WaterBit, Inc. in 2017. In 2019, they were a Campaign Consultant for the GVD for Congress Exploratory Committee, a Technology Consultant for the Rice Growers Association of California, an Account Manager for Phytech - Plant Based Farming, and a Managing Member for CenturyAg LLC. In 2020, they took on the role of Agricultural Water Specialist for Water & Land Solutions, and in 2022 they became a Business Development Manager for SWAN Systems. Dowell also held a Student Assistant - Beef Production role at California State University, Fresno in 2013.

Josh Dowell obtained their Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education - Communication from California State University, Fresno. In October 2012, they were awarded the Professional Accredited Parliamentarian Credential from The Society for Agricultural Education Parliamentarians.
