Cindy Hanna

Cindy Hanna has worked in the field of intellectual property since 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Manager at Rutgers University. During their tenure, they were responsible for the development, disclosure, and protection of the University's intellectual property. In 2015, they joined the Rutgers University Office of Research Commercialization as the Assistant Director of License Administration and Compliance, where they managed the post-signing life cycle responsibilities of technology licensing/transactional agreements. In 2017, they were appointed as the Director, Head of Intellectual Property at GreenLight Biosciences, Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Assistant General Counsel and Head of IP at SwanBio Therapeutics.

Cindy Hanna attended Rutgers Law School and Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
