Claudia Isabel Becerra Moscoso

Claudia Isabel Becerra Moscoso has extensive experience in the healthcare and social engagement sectors, currently serving as the Social Engagement Team Leader at SwanCare since July 2021. Prior roles include Lifestyle Coordinator and Therapy Leisure Partner at Baptistcare from January 2018 to July 2021, and Lifestyle Assistant at Mercy Place (Mont Clare) from March 2015 to February 2016, where Claudia focused on planning and coordinating activities for residents. Previous experience also includes positions as a Medication Competent/Assistant in Nursing and Personal Carer, emphasizing medication management and personal care assistance.
