Bill Evjen has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Bill started their career at the International .NET Association (INETA), where they served as the Founder and Executive Director. During their time at INETA, they successfully built and expanded a global community of over 450,000 members.

Bill then joined Reuters as the Technical Director, where they played a crucial role in the growth and success of the platform team. Bill promoted the Reuters RAPID platform and created support structures for key platforms.

Later, Bill worked at Thomson Reuters as the Global Head of Platform Architecture for Lipper. In this role, they led the development of a new product platform and rejuvenated the product line for the Wealth Management industry. Bill achieved several key milestones, including the design and architecture of the new product platform and the creation of secure systems using a service-oriented architecture.

With their expertise in technology and strong industry relationships, Bill became a Regional Director (Partner Program) at Microsoft. Bill played a critical role in promoting Microsoft's technology and solutions to the regional technology community. Bill provided thought leadership, built strong relationships, and served as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.

Bill also served as a Member of the Shareholders Board at FilmbankMedia, a leading provider of content licensing services to the film and entertainment industry. Bill was responsible for contributing to the company's strategic decisions.

Bill joined Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. as the Vice President and CIO-CTO, overseeing the Information Technology & Digital Group. Swank is a technology-focused provider of motion picture licensing and distribution services. Bill played a crucial role in content creation, distribution, and developing software for the consumption of digital media.

Additionally, Bill served on the Board of Directors at NT Digital, further demonstrating their leadership and expertise in the technology industry.

Bill Evjen attended Western Washington University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian. In 1992, they also participated in a Study Abroad program in St. Petersburg, Russia, focusing on the Russian language.
