Joe Hau

Joe Hau has a wealth of experience in the customer service and support operations industry. Joe began their career in 2013 as a Consultant for Protiviti. In 2014, they moved to Brocade, where they held the roles of Customer Escalations Manager and Global Services Project Manager. In 2015, they co-founded Swannies. In 2017, they joined Ruckus Networks, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Services and Support Operations, Sr. Manager of Operations and Analytics, and Sr. Customer Success Manager.

Joe Hau has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Joe also has a Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination from FINRA, which they obtained in March 2022. Additionally, they have a Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) from CWNP, which they obtained in March 2020. Joe also attended Lakehead University.
