Frank Onweller

Frank Onweller has been serving as the County Engineer for Fulton County since January 1997 and has also been the Girls Basketball Coach at Swanton Local School District since 1998. Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
