Aaron Doades

Aaron Doades has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron is currently the CEO and co-founder of Swap Health, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a member of the Board of Directors at JustFix.nyc from August 2018 to March 2023. In addition, Aaron has worked as an investor at Quickframe since 2017 and held the role of CEO at Peach Goods from December 2017 to May 2022.

Before their current roles, Aaron was the VP of Product at Season from April 2020 to May 2021. Aaron also has experience at DoubleVerify, where they served as the General Manager of Publisher Solutions from March 2016 to February 2017 and as the Vice President of Product Management for Digital Quality Solutions from February 2014 to February 2017.

Aaron's earlier experience includes serving as the CEO of RealTargeting, a SaaS company specializing in bot fraud detection and traffic quality measurement. RealTargeting was acquired by DoubleVerify in February 2014.

Additionally, Aaron has held positions such as Director of Product Management at Magnetic from July 2010 to October 2012, Vice President at Brightgeist Media, Inc. from February 2009 to July 2010, and Co-Founder of Mighty Penny from April 2007 to January 2009. At Mighty Penny, they launched a site and Facebook app that facilitated ad revenue wagering among users.
