Andrea Gutierrez Ballon is an experienced professional in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Customer Support Operations Manager for the Americas at Swapcard since January 2021, having previously held roles as Support Operations Supervisor and Event Support Specialist within the same company. Prior to Swapcard, Andrea worked at Foundation Medicine as a Concierge & Customer Support, where responsibilities included acting as the primary communication link between clients and the global team, as well as organizing events and managing commercial materials. Previous experience also includes a role at JW Marriott as a Food and Beverage Intern and at The Walt Disney Company as a Parade Audience Control/Food and Beverage Hostess.
