Bob Chain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the events and marketing industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Swapcard since October 2020, Bob focuses on enhancing attendee experiences and exhibitor ROI through innovative AI-powered solutions. As the Founder and Host of R_C_Squared, launched in 2020, Bob leads a podcast and community dedicated to keeping marketers informed about key trends in experiential marketing. Prior to these roles, Bob spent nearly seven years at Freeman Company, progressing from an Exhibitor Sales Coordinator to the Assistant Director of Business Development, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth and successful management of high-profile projects. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
