Giovanna Grasso is an experienced professional in event management and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Strategy Manager at Swapcard since November 2020. In this role, Giovanna advises event organizers on optimizing their use of the Swapcard platform to enhance attendee experiences and increase app usage.
