Matt Hagemann

Matt Hagemann, P.G., C.Hg., is a Partner at SWAPE, where expertise is applied to projects focused on environmental protection, including groundwater, stormwater, and air quality management. With a career that started as a Scientist at Komex, providing litigation support for cases related to MTBE and perchlorate contamination, and a prior role as a Senior Science Policy Advisor at the U.S. EPA, Region 9, spanning nine years, Hagemann has a robust background in environmental science and policy. Hagemann holds an MS in Geology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a BA in Geology from Humboldt State University.
