Tim Bausch

Tim Bausch is a seasoned professional in warehouse and logistics, currently serving as the District Manager at Swapfiets since 2025. They previously held significant roles at IKEA, including Commercial Manager and Team Manager, where they excelled in improving operational performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Tim also gained experience as the President of the Board at T.S.C. St. Olof and as a Marketing Intern at The Kraft Heinz Company. They hold a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration from Tilburg University.
