Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage software development projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology. • Facilitate and organize daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Monitor project progress and communicate project status to all stakeholders. • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take necessary actions to mitigate them. • Ensure that project requirements are clear and well-defined, and that all team members understand them. • Work closely with product owners to ensure that product backlogs are groomed and prioritized. • Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure that they are followed. • Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress. • Provide guidance and support to the team, and help to create a positive and productive work environment. • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience in project coordination and Scrum Master roles. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles. • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines. • Experience working in a web design and development environment is a plus. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
