Miriam Gerver

Miriam Gerver is an experienced project manager with a robust background in banking and financial technology. Currently serving as a Project Manager Expert at SWARCO since July 2022, Miriam previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Avaloq, overseeing significant banking software integration projects. With a strong focus on business transformation and systems implementation at FORFIRM, Miriam managed consulting projects that included process automation and operational restructuring. Over a 15-year tenure at HSBC, roles included Business Manager for Global Banking, Senior Business Manager for Global Liquidity & Cash Management in Europe, Associate Director for Strategy & Planning, among others. Earlier career experiences include roles at the Bank of Bermuda and Bank of America, specializing in credit and risk management. Miriam holds a Master’s degree in Medieval History from the University of St Andrews.
