Danny Goodman

Danny Goodman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Danny is currently serving as the Co-Founder & CEO of Swarm Aero since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CTO of Vannevar Labs from 2019 until 2021, where they led the team in building Vannevar Decrypt, a platform that utilizes NLP and Computer Vision for insights briefed to senior DOD leaders. Before that, they founded Switchback Ventures from 2015 to 2019.

Danny also held the position of VP Platform at MetaMind (acquired by Salesforce) in 2014, where they built a deep learning platform and developed a developer evangelism strategy. Danny served as the Director of Data Science at MetroMile from 2013 to 2014, overseeing data products and engineering.

Danny's earlier experience includes being the Director at Stanford Pride from 2011 to 2013, working as a Product Manager and Software Engineer at Outright from 2010 to 2011, and being a member of the Technical Staff at Chai Labs (acquired by Facebook) from 2008 to 2009. Danny also worked as an Analyst at TMS, Inc. from 2007 to 2008, where they played a significant role in creating marketing strategies. Additionally, they interned at Tropos Networks in 2007.

Danny Goodman has a solid education background in the field of technology and science. Danny obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Physics, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Danny pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they obtained an ASP degree in Machine Learning between 2007 and 2008. Danny then continued their academic journey at Stanford University, where they completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2012.
