Bernd Lapp

Bernd Lapp, also known as CoachB, has had extensive experience in the blockchain industry. Bernd co-founded AVADO in 2018, a company that offers decentralization solutions through plug and play devices. Bernd was a founding board member of Old School GmbH in 2017, specializing in blockchain business development. In 2019, they became the president of The Commons Stack, an organization focused on decentralized governance. Bernd is also a co-founder and advisor at Relai, a platform for easy crypto investing. Bernd has served as an advisor for collectID, a product authentication ecosystem, and Orvium, a scientific research publication platform utilizing blockchain technology. Additionally, Bernd has been a strategic advisor for CasperLabs and a founding member of Blockchain on Tour, supporting the dissemination of blockchain-based products. Bernd has also worked as a business administrator at DAppNode, a decentralized internet operating system.

Bernd Lapp (CoachB) attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1990 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Sport Sciences but did not finish it. In 2008 to 2009, they attended Betriebswirtschaftliches Fortbildungszentrum F+U Rhein Neckar gGmbH and obtained a Bachelor's degree (CCI) in Business Administration. In 2012 to 2013, they studied Online Marketing at hochschule darmstadt. In 2016, they completed a Certified Project Management Associate IPMA program at VZPM.
