Joseph Moganti - Open networker

Joseph Moganti is an open networker with over 18 years of experience in various roles. Joseph started their career in 2003 as the Director at AJI Associates Inc. Joseph then moved on to become the Strategy Management practice-Head and SAP SEM/FPM Practice Head at Satyam in 2005. In 2008, they were the Practice Head - Business Intelligence, Strategy Management, Financial Performance Management at Yash Technologies. After that, in 2009, they were the Principal Consultant at Middle East - Consulting, Business Development. In 2010, they became the General Manager - BI, EPM, HANA, BODS, BOBJ & Transformations - Practice Head at HCL Technologies. In 2017, they were the Principal Consultant at Start up, Indian Air Force, VEDA. In 2018, they were the Vice President - Global Operations at Redmorph. In 2019, they were the Managing Partner & ( Managing Director - India) at Redmorph Inc. and in 2020, they were the Managing Partner - Managing Director at Start up , CPG Inc. Currently, they are the COO at Swarm HR since 2022.

Joseph Moganti completed their BE in Mechanical from Osmania University, and their Senior in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from PB Siddhartha Junior College.
