Alaa Esam

Alaa Esam has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as an Events & Tournaments Admin at Gamers Lounge. During this role, they were involved in organizing and managing various gaming events and tournaments.

In 2020, Alaa Esam worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at NCO Military Institute, where they played a crucial role in managing and treating patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. This included conducting swab tests for over 20,000 patients and organizing the institute's pharmacy.

In 2021, Alaa Esam transitioned to Gamers Lounge as an Esports Operations Coordinator. Here, they provided services such as tournament management, event organizing, and live streaming. They also contributed by offering proposals and suggestions for future tournaments.

Currently, Alaa Esam holds the role of Head of Player Experience, League Ops at Swarmio Media. They manage a multinational team of tournament admins and oversee the organization of esports events and activations globally.

Alaa Esam completed their education at The British University in Egypt, where they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences degree (BPharm) in Pharmacy. This educational journey took place from 2013 to 2019.
