Rinky Subhadeep Bera

Rinky Subhadeep Bera has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They began their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Abhijeet Group, where they handled employee onboarding and data management. They then moved on to ACC Limited as an Assistant Manager HR & Welfare, where they focused on statutory compliance, training calendar management, and staff loans. They later joined Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co Operative Society Limited as an Assistant Manager - Human Resource, responsible for talent management, HRIS maintenance, payroll preparation, and HR record management. Currently, Rinky is working at SWARNA PRAGATI HOUSING MICROFINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED as a Vice President and previously held the role of Associate Vice President. In this position, they have contributed to various aspects of HR including the entire lifecycle, performance and talent management, statutory compliances, welfare, gratuity, and the development of an HR module within a fintech app.

Rinky Subhadeep Bera completed their High School Diploma from Mount Carmel Convent Higher Secondary School & Junior College between the years 1993 and 2007. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sardar Patel College from 2008 to 2010. Afterwards, Rinky earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing Management from GH Raisoni School of Business Management, which they attended between 2010 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Rinky Subhadeep Bera has obtained certifications outside of their academic studies. They completed a course on "Building Effective Employee Rewards and Recognition Programs" from Udemy in June 2021. They also underwent POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training from Serein in May 2020.
