Allison Plate

Allison Plate is a seasoned merchandise and product manager with extensive experience in the fashion and accessories industry. Since May 2022, Allison has served as Merchandise Manager for SWAROVSKI in the USA. Prior to this role, Allison held various leadership positions at UNOde50, including Director of Product & Marketing and Product Manager for the Americas from December 2017 to April 2022. Earlier career experiences include a Buyer role at Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors and multiple merchant positions at Calypso St. Barth from May 2011 to February 2017. Allison began the career at Betsey Johnson as Assistant Production Manager in 2010. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design and Fine Art from SUNY Oneonta, earned between 2007 and 2011.
