Helene Keech has extensive experience in corporate communications, branding, and marketing. Helene is currently the Head of CEO Communications at Gap Inc. Prior to that, they held senior positions at SWAROVSKI, where they were the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication & Atelier Swarovski Americas, responsible for driving business in the region and leading strategic partnerships. Helene also served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Atelier Swarovski Asia Pacific, where they led the start-up creation of the Asia Pacific division and established strategic partnerships in the region. Before SWAROVSKI, they worked at Burberry as the Global Marketing and Public Relations Manager Licensing, overseeing marketing and PR for licensees and launching global e-commerce campaigns. Helene also worked at De Beers Group as the Global Marketing Manager, responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns for a fine jewelry collection. Helene'searly career was at L'Oréal, where they worked as a Marketing Manager and Brand Development Manager for luxury brands such as Kiehl's, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, and Parfums Cacharel. At L'Oréal, they led the regional rollout of Kiehl's and managed UK operations.

Helene Keech has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford. Helene also has a degree in Filosofia Dantesca from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. In addition, they have completed a Leadership Programme at Hult Ashridge. Helene also attended Ecole Francaise Munich and obtained a Baccalaureate from the European School Munich.
