Lee Chappell

Lee Chappell is an experienced professional in loss prevention and risk management, currently serving as the Global Inventory & Profit Protection Manager at SWAROVSKI since December 2018, following a previous role as Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Europe. Prior to this, Lee was self-employed as a property developer from May 2017 to December 2018 and held the position of Group Risk Manager at Jawad Business Group from January 2015 to January 2017. Lee's career in loss prevention began at BHS as a Loss Prevention Officer in 1996, progressing through various roles including Loss Prevention Associate at TK Maxx and Area Loss Prevention Manager at Tesco PLC. Lee has also worked as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at NEXT RETAIL LIMITED and Loss Prevention Manager at House of Fraser. Academically, Lee attended Basildon College, earning A-Level qualifications in Human Biology and GCSEs in English Language and Human Biology.
