Luis Conde has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Luis started their career at Mondelēz International, where they held sales leadership positions across North America and Latin America. Luis then joined Reckitt Benckiser as a Team Lead in Trade Marketing, focusing on growing the Lysol brand. Conde later joined Diageo as the Director of Customer Teams Global Travel, where they led the North America Duty Free team and implemented a successful airport strategy. Luis then moved on to Movado Group, Inc as the General Manager for Latin America, responsible for rebuilding the Latin America organization and integrating the Duty Free Caribbean business. Their most recent role is as the VP of Latin America & SE USA at SWAROVSKI.
Luis Conde received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Finance from the University of Washington from 1990 to 1994. Luis went on to complete their Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing / Finance at Seattle University from 1999 to 2001.
