Raphael Cominelli is a digital learning and analytics professional with extensive experience in the banking and luxury retail sectors. Currently serving as the Global CX Academy Digital Learning Manager at SWAROVSKI since April 2019, Raphael specializes in creating engaging eLearning content and coordinating with external suppliers. Prior to this role, Raphael contributed to EFG Bank as a Software Architect, Systems Analyst, and HRIS Specialist, managing vendor relationships for HRIS development.
