Thomas Willmann has extensive experience in manufacturing excellence and project management, notably serving in various leadership roles at SWAROVSKI since July 1999, including Head of Manufacturing Excellence, Senior Innovation Program Manager, and Director Business Excellence, with a focus on establishing a true Kaizen culture. Prior to this, Thomas held positions in financial control at Sandoz (Biochemie) from August 1997 to June 1999, and at Tiroler Sparkasse from October 1996 to July 1997. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Internationale Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Universität Innsbruck (1990-1995) and studied Economics and Finance as an exchange student at Marquette University (1992-1993).
