Ashley Henry

Ashley Henry is the current Program Manager for the Lang Center at Swarthmore College. Ashley has been with Swarthmore College for 9 years and 8 months, serving in various roles including Program Manager for the Lang Center for Civic and Social Responsibility, Project Director for the Youth Empowerment Program, and Special Events Coordinator for the Office of International Programs. Prior to their time at Swarthmore College, Ashley worked as a Clinical Research in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard University for 2 years and 5 months and as a Diversity Manager in the Office of Diversity and International Services at the U.S. Department of Energy - Brookhaven National Laboratory for 10 months. Ashley is dedicated to their work in promoting diversity and inclusion and empowering youth to create positive change in their communities.

Ashley Henry has a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Higher Education Administration, which they received in 2012. Ashley also has a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in Psychology and French, which they received in 2008. In addition, Ashley has taken courses from the Harvard Extension School and LinkedIn.
