Erin O'Connell Massey

Erin O'Connell Massey has over 20 years of experience in career development and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Employer Connections & Assessment at Swarthmore College since June 2003, Erin has held progressive roles including Senior Associate Director and Associate Director, focusing on guiding college students through the career development process and managing on-campus recruiting initiatives, particularly for those interested in finance and business. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Marketing Associate at Clinical Research Group from June 2000 to May 2002, specializing in marketing for pharmaceutical clinical trials. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
