Nina Z.

Nina Z. is a highly experienced individual currently serving as a Talent Lab Intern at the American Foundation for the Blind, focusing on digital inclusion and accessibility testing. Simultaneously, Nina holds the position of Co-Editor in Chief at Crossings, overseeing submissions and fostering communication across multiple academic institutions. As a Research Assistant at Swarthmore College, Nina contributes to political research, while also mentoring peers in writing as a Writing Associates Fellow. Additional roles include accessibility remediation, senior managing editor for Voices, and editor for The Swarthmore Review, highlighting a strong commitment to enhancing diverse voices in publishing. Nina has held previous positions in marketing outreach and essay editing, showcasing a versatile skill set in editing, research, and accessibility advocacy.
