Kimberley Houghton

Kimberley Houghton's work experience begins in 2017 when they worked as an HR Assistant at Grassroots HR Ltd. Kimberley then moved on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at FourthLine from August 2018 to December 2018. Following that, they joined Circle Recruitment as a Resourcer from December 2018 to April 2019, and then became a Consultant at the same company from April 2019 to May 2019. In 2019, they had two more human resources roles as a temporary employee: one at Solomon Commercials from May 2019 to October 2019 and another at ISAWITFIRST.com from October 2019 to December 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Partner at Instep UK Limited from February 2020 to May 2021. After that, they became the Head of HR at Digital Infrastructure from October 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at Swash since May 2022. Additionally, Kimberley Houghton is also the Director of Hello HR, which is a company specializing in building clients' HR functions.

Kimberley Houghton attended the University of Hull from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History.
