Monica Lim's work experience includes positions at SWAT Mobility, Shopee, and GE Power.

Monica started as an Operations/Engineering Intern at GE Power in January 2021 and worked until May 2021.

Monica then joined SWAT Mobility as a Solution Delivery Associate from May 2021 to August 2021.

After that, they worked at Shopee as a Product Management | Production Support Associate for LATAM from May 2022 to November 2022.

Currently, they are working at SWAT Mobility as a Growth and Strategy Associate, starting from November 2022.

Monica Lim completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Aerospace Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Product Management from Udemy and CuriousCore in September and August 2022, respectively.
