Richard Burton began their work experience in 1994 as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at PCTest Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing software quality assurance processes. In 2004, they joined SWAT Solutions as a QA Director and Solutions Architect. Richard'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing software quality validation processes for clients using various technologies such as IBM, Oracle, HP, Microsoft, and Open Source. Richard also served as a Solutions Architect at SWAT Solutions until 2012.
Richard Burton attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in computer science with a focus on electrical and systems engineering.
