Zaid Malkosh

Zaid Malkosh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zaid is currently working as the Head of Training and Support at Swatchbook since February 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at Develop Opportunities as a Youth Athletic Development Contractor from August 2017 to January 2023.

Zaid has also worked as a freelancer specializing in design, production, and visual effects, as well as media/podcast production since April 2012. Zaid has held this role until the present.

In the field of sports coaching, Zaid served as the Varsity Boys Soccer Head Coach at Dana Hills High School from March 2020 to February 2022. Zaid also held positions as the Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach, Head Coach Girls Soccer JV, and Head Soccer Coach Girls Fr/So at the same school from 2015 to 2022.

Zaid has previous experience as a Quality Management Consultant at Nexus Plastics, Inc. from November 2015 to August 2019. In this role, they ensured compliance with ISO standards, led audits, and provided education on performance enhancement tools and procedures.

Before that, Zaid held the position of General Manager at Nexus Plastics California, Inc. from December 2012 to November 2015. Zaid was responsible for increasing management's effectiveness, developing policies and practices, and building the company's image. In addition, they served as a Management Quality Representative, overseeing compliance with ISO 9002 standards and procedures.

Zaid's earlier roles include Operations Manager at Prella Technologies, Inc. from February 2010 to November 2011, Compositing Artist at 9b Studios from July 2008 to August 2010, and Call Center Supervisor at XPress Telecommunications from April 2005 to June 2008.

Zaid Malkosh obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology. Zaid attended the university from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Herrmann HBDI Practitioner certification from Herrmann in August 2022, the National D license from USSF - Calsouth in August 2016, and the National E license from USSF - Calsouth in January 2015.
