Mike Noonen

Mike Noonen has a long and varied career in the semiconductor industry. Mike began their career in 2008 as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at NXP Semiconductors. In 2011, they moved to GlobalFoundries as Executive Vice President of Global Products, Quality, Design, Sales and Marketing. During their time there, they transformed an operation that had lost market share, championed customer designs into production, and created a unified product management team. In 2014, they joined Silicon Catalyst as Chairman and Co-Founder, where they were also EE Times Start of the Year in 2015. Mike also became Board Director/Interim CEO at Ambiq Micro and VP of Global Marketing, Sales and Business Development at Silego Technology Inc. In 2019, they became Chief Executive Officer at MixComm Inc, which was acquired by Sivers Semiconductors in 2022. Mike currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Swave Photonics and Member Board of Directors at SES AI Corp and SK Growth Opportunities.

Mike Noonen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Director's Consortium Certificate in Corporate Governance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
