Theodore Marescaux

Theodore Marescaux has been in the tech industry for over two decades. Theodore began their career in 2000 as a Senior Researcher and Application Engineer at IMEC. In 2007, they furthered their education by enrolling in an MBA program at Vlerick Business School. After graduating, they joined Barco in 2008 as a Product Manager Digital Cinema, Video Business Manager, and Product Application Manager. In 2014, they founded MuuseLabs, where they served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Their company created Jooki, which can be used by any child, anywhere, to play favourite stories, music and songs with no screen in sight. Most recently, they joined Swave Photonics in 2021 as Founder and Chief Product Officer.

Theodore Marescaux's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vlerick Business School in 2008, a PhD in Electronic Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology between 2004 and 2007, a Master of Engineering in Electronic Systems from Dublin City University between 1999 and 2000, and Microelectronics studies from ENSICAEN - Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Caen between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in August 2020.
