Guz Lima

Guz Lima has a vast and diverse work experience in the creative industry. Guz started their career at Agência Ginga in 2006 and worked there as an Art Director and later as the Head of Art until 2010.

In 2011, they joined Gringo.nu as an Art Director and also worked at Possible Worldwide and FCB Brasil as an Art Director during the same period.

In 2012, they joined CUBOCC as an Art Director and later worked at Bagaar as a Designer in 2014.

In 2015, they became the Head of Creative at Agência Ginga and then transitioned to Sway Creative Labs as a Senior Art Director.

In 2018, they became a Jury Member at The FWA.

Guz Lima completed their high school education from 1991 to 2001 at Colégio Virgem Poderosa. Guz then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, from 2003 to 2007. Following this, Guz Lima attended Escola PanAmericana de Arte from 2008 to 2010, focusing on Graphic Design.
