Jason Berns

Jason Berns is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sustainability, product innovation, and design within the consumer goods and technology sectors. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Sustainability and Product Innovation at Ralph Lauren since March 2016, Jason leads global teams focused on innovative strategies aligned with the company's vision for sustainability and consumer engagement. Prior roles include serving as SVP of Product & Manufacturing Innovation at Ralph Lauren, where Jason established a group dedicated to consumer-oriented initiatives, and various positions at Under Armour, including Senior Director of Innovation, where Jason advanced open innovation programs. Jason also holds advisory responsibilities at Sway Ventures and a board position at Natural Fiber Welding. With earlier experience at Fisher-Price, Salomon, and Adidas-Salomon, Jason's career is marked by a robust background in product design, development, and cross-functional collaboration, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
