VP, Marketing Strategy at SwayBrand

Vaughn Glover has a long history of success in the marketing and hospitality industries. Vaughn began their career in 2008 as a Writer for Mojo Pictures, where they developed the story for the feature-length documentary film, TROPICÁLIA and worked with the film’s director and producers to recruit and evaluate key members of the creative team. In 2015, they became a Project Manager for Locol, where they managed site acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and management of Los Angeles and Oakland locations of an award-winning fast casual restaurant. In 2017, they were a Community Relations Consultant for Primestor, where they led workshops that identified and addressed key concerns among community members and government officials. In 2019, they were a Project Manager for Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen, where they worked closely with the CEO to manage the entitlement, design, and construction of two restaurants. In 2020, they became the Director of Strategy for Temple Bar Concepts, where they developed and implemented a 3-year strategic plan, including product development roadmap and brand, marketing, and e-commerce strategies. Finally, in 2022, they became the VP of Marketing Strategy for SwayBrand, where they work with brand clients and agency partners to create relevant, measurable social media marketing campaigns.

Vaughn Glover attended Harvard-Westlake School from 1993 to 1997. Vaughn then obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Vaughn'spanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, General from Columbia University between 1997 and 2001. In 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from The Wharton School.
